Synrgy Recruiting was born of a will to help connect companies and talent in the midst of The Great Resignation. Founder Ryan Cavezza attended Otterbein University, studying sports management/marketing and playing on the basketball team. His subsequent experience working with organizations runs the gamut from SMB and mid-market all the way up to Fortune 500 giants. Ryan’s work is driven by a passion for assisting members of the national workforce in their quest to find more than just a job. Because finding a meaningful job that sticks is just better for everyone.
This passion led him to make the professional leap from retail to recruiting in 2019. After getting the lay of the land and gaining experience in the recruiting world, Ryan transitioned into a SaaS role before putting his knowledge of sales, IT, and staffing into starting his own recruiting firm. It is his hope and the mission of Synrgy to streamline the search process for meaningful employment in the industries he knows best.
